Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, challah or brioche, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup Chobani® White Chocolate Raspberry Coffee Creamer
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread cubes in an even layer in prepared baking dish.
  2. Whisk milk, creamer, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together in large bowl until combined. Pour milk mixture over bread. Allow bread to soak for 30 minutes.
  3. Top casserole evenly with raspberries and chocolate chips. Bake until casserole is set and light golden-brown, about 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar. Slice and serve with maple syrup.
