Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, challah or brioche, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup Chobani® White Chocolate Raspberry Coffee Creamer
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread cubes in an even layer in prepared baking dish.
- Whisk milk, creamer, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together in large bowl until combined. Pour milk mixture over bread. Allow bread to soak for 30 minutes.
- Top casserole evenly with raspberries and chocolate chips. Bake until casserole is set and light golden-brown, about 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar. Slice and serve with maple syrup.
