Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) block Desi Naturalâ„¢ Whole Milk Paneer, cut into 1-inch long strips
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (1/4-inch) knob ginger, minced
  • 3-4 dried Thai chilies
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 each small red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Recipe Directions

  1. Toss paneer and cornstarch together in large bowl until coated.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add paneer and cook, flipping occasionally, until golden-brown on all sides, about 7 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate and set aside.
  3. Heat remaining oil in the same wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add green onions, garlic, ginger and chilies and cook, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Return paneer to pan.
  4. Stir in sriracha, soy sauce and ketchup, and cook until sauce thickens and vegetables are coated, about 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with additional green onions and serve.
