- 4 Gardein Be'f Burgers
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1/2 cup guacamole, homemade or store bought
- 1/2 cup crema (recipe below)
Crema Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill preheats, heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bell peppers and onion slices. Cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the pepper and onion mixture.
- Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Grill the Gardein Be’f Burgers according to the package instructions.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked plant-based burger on the bottom bun.
- Top with the cooked pepper and onions.
Crema Instructions
- Combine all crema ingredients above until evenly combined. Add 1 teaspoon water if too thick.
- Top burger with crema and guacamole.
