Recipe Ingredients
- 30 Totino's™ Pizza Rolls™ (any flavor you prefer)
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup more for topping
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
- Red pepper flakes and chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375F degrees. Grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.
- In a small saucepan melt the butter. Add dry herbs and minced garlic and whisk to combine.
- In a large bowl add the Totino's™ Pizza Rolls™. Drizzle the butter mixture over the rolls. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and toss to combine.
- Divide the pizza rolls into the muffin tin. Top with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese has melted and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!
