- 1 (20-ounce) bag Alexia® Sweet Potato Waffle Cut Fries
- 1/2 (24-ounce) bag large marshmallows, halved
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- Chopped fresh rosemary, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place fries in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake, flipping fries halfway through, until fully heated through and crisp, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to broil. Top each fry with one marshmallow halve. Broil fries until marshmallows are golden-brown, about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Top each fry with a pecan. Garnish with pomegranate arils and rosemary. Serve and enjoy.
