- 1 (26-ounce) bag Rosina® Homestyle Meatballs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup stout beer
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Combine meatballs, ketchup, beer, sugar, honey and garlic in medium heavy-bottom pot over medium heat. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are fully heated through and sauce reduces and thickens, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Skewer meatballs on toothpicks and garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy.
Serve as an entree with mashed potatoes.
