Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (26-ounce) bag Rosina® Homestyle Meatballs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup stout beer
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine meatballs, ketchup, beer, sugar, honey and garlic in medium heavy-bottom pot over medium heat. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are fully heated through and sauce reduces and thickens, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Skewer meatballs on toothpicks and garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy.
