Recipe Ingredients
Sauce:
- 1 (6 1/4-oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
Steak:
- 2 Tbsp. LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted
- 1 tsp. purchased minced garlic
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
Garnish:
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Recipe Directions
Combine all sauce ingredients in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Stir together Land O' Lakes® Butter and garlic in small bowl.
Place sirloin steak on grill; brush with butter mixture. Grill, turning occasionally and brushing with butter mixture, until desired doneness (10-12 minutes).
Meanwhile, cook sauce in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (3-4 minutes). Serve warm sauce with steak; sprinkle with parsley.
