Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 bibigo™ Mandu Pork & Vegetable Dumplings
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Garnish

  • Cilantro
  • Sesame seeds
  • Red chili peppers, sliced

Recipe Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and honey. Mix until combined.
  2. In a small pot over medium-high heat, add the chicken stock to a simmer. Add the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the sesame oil.
  3. While the sauce is cooking, place the steamed dumplings into the microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Place the sauce in a small bowl and top with steamed dumplings. Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, and sliced red chili peppers.
