Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz.) box InnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken
For the dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
For the wraps
- 4 cups broccoli slaw
- 4 medium-sized flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles
- 1 large, ripe avocado
Recipe Directions
- Cook the chicken using your method of choice according to package directions. Be sure to toss the cooked chicken with the included sauce packet.
- To make the dressing, combine mayonnaise, honey, rice wine vinegar, Dijon and sesame oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the broccoli slaw in a large mixing bowl. Add the dressing and toss until well combined.
- To assemble the wraps, lay the tortillas on a work surface. Divide the broccoli slaw evenly among the tortillas. Top with a sprinkling of chow mein noodles, for crunch, and slices of avocado, for creaminess. Place a layer of the crispy chicken on top. Roll the tortillas up tightly, cut each wrap in half and serve.
