- 30 ounces canned corn
- 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
Recipe Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then place in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
