  • 30 ounces canned corn
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped

Recipe Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then place in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Garnish with scallions and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
