Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups Tropicana Original 100% Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen turkey meatballs
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Whisk cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until combined. Combine orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, sriracha and vinegar in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Whisk in cornstarch mixture and cook until a thick sauce forms, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Combine meatballs and orange sauce together in 5-quart slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, until fully heated through. Skewer meatballs on toothpicks and garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy.

Tip: To make this a meal, simply serve meatballs with cooked long-grain white rice and stir-fried vegetables!
