Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Tropicana Original Orange Juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4-6 oranges, cut into segments
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
2. Mix pancake mix, milk, orange juice, and eggs in a large bowl until just combined and a few lumps of flour remain.
3. Pour batter in an even layer into prepared baking sheet. Bake until light golden brown, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Cut pancake into squares.
4. Whisk heavy cream and sugar together in large bowl until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. Top pancakes with whipped cream and orange segments. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy.
