Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • 2 10.8 oz. bags Birds Eye® Frozen Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 frozen breaded chicken breast filets
  • Chopped fresh thyme, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine mustard and hot honey together in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts, onion and oil together on prepared baking sheet until coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Place chicken breasts in an even layer on baking sheet. Brush chicken breasts with mustard mixture. Continue to bake until Brussels sprouts are tender and golden-brown, and chicken is fully heated through, and mustard mixture caramelizes, about 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with thyme and enjoy.
