Recipe Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz.) bag Pictsweet Farms® Steam'ables Farm Favorites Spring Vegetables
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (24 oz.) bag Ling Ling Potstickers
- Salt and white pepper
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- A side of chili garlic sauce
Recipe Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a soup pot over medium-low heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté stirring constantly until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, frozen vegetables, soy sauce, lime juice and green onions and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the potstickers to the pot and bring the soup back to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Taste to adjust the seasoning.
- To serve, ladle the soup into bowls and top with a drizzle of sesame oil and fresh cilantro leaves. Serve with chili garlic sauce.
