Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (24 oz.) bag Ling Ling Potstickers, Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers
- 10 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs and milk together until smooth. Stir in spinach, 1 cup cheddar, bacon, salt and pepper until combined.
- Place potstickers in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour egg mixture over dumplings. Top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake until eggs are set and top is light golden-brown, about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Top with parsley. Slice and serve.
