Recipe Ingredients
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 Twix Ice Cream Bars, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie pie crust
- Whipped topping, for garnish
- Peppermint candies, crushed, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Mash vanilla ice cream and peppermint extract together until ice cream is smooth.
- Place ice cream bar pieces in bottom of crust. Spread ice cream mixture evenly over ice cream bars.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Top pie with whipped topping and garnish with peppermint candies. Slice and serve.
