Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 52.2-ounce package Birds Eye Asian Inspired Stir-Fry Veggies & Sauce
  • 1 16-ounce package SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
  • 14-ounce stir-fry noodles
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup orange sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

Recipe Directions

1.) Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.

2.) Heat peanut oil in a large pan and add Birds Eye veggies. Cover and let simmer.

3,) Add SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp to your air fryer in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, this may take 2 batches. These will cook in approximately 8-9 minutes. Make sure to shake intermittently so they cook evenly.

4.) Combine 3 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon peanut oil in a frying pan, heat, and add your noodles. Cover and let soften and separate for a few minutes. Then add your soy sauce and garlic. Stir to combine and cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5.) Add your noodles to the veggie mixture and stir to combine.

6.) Toss cooked shrimp in a bowl with orange sauce. Pour over the top of your stir-fry mixture and serve immediately.
