Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pound box of Mrs. T’s Garlic & Parmesan Pierogies
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the pierogies on a baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the butter, olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Cook for about two minutes, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture into a large bowl and add the cooked pierogies to the bowl. Toss gently until they are evenly coated in the mixture.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to combine.
  5. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
