Recipe Ingredients
- 1 pack (of 8) refrigerated biscuits
- 1/3 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chinese 5 spice, or cinnamon
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Open the can, separate biscuits and cut each into 6 pieces - put in a large bowl.
- Add the white sugar, 5 spice, and ½ the almonds - toss really well to combine everything.
- Grease muffin cups, and put 5 biscuit pieces into each cup.
- Put butter in a small pot with the brown sugar, and stir over medium heat until melted.
- Drizzle some over each set of biscuits and sprinkle with remaining almonds.
- Bake15 – 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are fully set. Let cool slightly, serve and enjoy.
