Recipe Ingredients
- 11 mini graham cracker crusts
- 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- juice from 3 small limes
- zest from 2 limes
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add cream cheese to a bowl and use a hand mixer to blend until fluffy.
- Mix in sour cream and sugar and hand mix until well combined.
- Add in egg, egg white, lime juice, and lime zest and hand mix until creamy and smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake for 17 minutes. Take out and top with some more lime zest (optional).
- Place in fridge for two hours before serving. Serve with some whipped cream and enjoy!
