  • 7 Large Natural Choice Braswell Family Farms Free Roaming Large Brown Grade A Eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cups packed baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat eggs and heavy cream together in large bowl until combined. Melt butter in large 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes, 1 cup feta, 2 teaspoons dill and salt to egg mixture and mix to combine. Pour egg mixture into skillet with spinach. Mix gently to combine.
  3. Bake until center is set and top is light golden-brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Top with remaining feta and dill. Slice and serve.
