Recipe Ingredients
- 1 box Mrs. T's Pierogies
- 1 tbsp butter
- curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 12 ounces heavy cream
- Thai chili pepper and cilantro for garnish
Seasoning Mix
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon hot paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Recipe Directions
- Heat butter on stovetop with curry leaves and minced garlic, cook until garlic is brown
- Add tomato paste and seasoning mix and cook together until darkened
- Add heavy cream and mix well
- Boil perogies in a pot until fully cooked
- Add Perogies into the pan with the Masala sauce and mix together
- Garnish with Thai Chili Pepper, Cilantro, and enjoy!
