Recipe Ingredients

 

  • 1 package (15 count, each) Athens® Mini Fillo Shells
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon, sliced approx. 3″ length
  • 1 package (8 ounce) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons capers, for garnish

 

Recipe Directions

  • Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese into each shell.
  • Place a slice or two of smoked salmon on top of cream cheese.
  • Garnish each shell with capers.
