Recipe Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, divided
- 4 large eggs
- 4 Lender’s Plain Bagels, toasted
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 pound leftover sliced turkey, or sliced deli turkey
- 1 cup leftover stuffing
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
Recipe Directions
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cook eggs until whites are set and yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
- Spread cranberry sauce over bottom half of each bagel. Top evenly with turkey, stuffing, bacon, fried eggs, spinach and top half of each bagel. Serve and enjoy.
