- 4 cups oats
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Yoplait yogurt
Recipe Directions
1. Combine oats, chopped pecans, salt, cinnamon, and shredded coconut in a bowl.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter with coconut oil, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla.
3. Mix melted ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to combine.
4. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes
5. Enjoy as a snack or over your favorite yogurt.
For crispy clusters, press down evenly on the granola halfway through cooking time.
Optional: add any additional nuts or seeds to your preference.
