Recipe Ingredients
Cold Brew Irish Coffee
- 8 oz. (1 cup) Stok Cold Brew Coffee - Unsweetened Black Bold and Smooth
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. rum extract
- ¼ tsp. almond extract
- ¼ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. chocolate syrup
- Ice (see hint below!)
- Reddi-Wip dairy or non-dairy whipped topping
- Additional chocolate syrup for garnish (optional)
Green Irish Eyes Mocktail
- 1 cup (8 oz.) of Horizon Organic Half and Half
- 1/2 cup of Crème de menthe syrup
- Ice (see tip below!)
- Fresh mint
Vanilla Mint Irish Milk
- 1 Half Gallon (64 oz.) Carton of Silk Vanilla Oat Milk
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract (or to taste)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or to taste)
- ½ tsp. (about 40-46 drops)of green food coloring
- White vanilla flavored icing (optional)
- Colored sprinkles (optional)
- Straws (optional)
Recipe Directions
Cold Brew Irish Coffee
- Add the cold brew coffee, extracts, dark brown sugar and chocolate syrup to a bar shaker. Shake well.
- Add ice cubes to two 10-12 oz. coffee mugs. Pour equal parts of the coffee mixture into the two mugs.
- Spray whipped topping on top. Drizzle additional chocolate syrup on top if desired.
Green Irish Eyes Mocktail
- Add half and half and Crème de menthe syrup to a bar shaker. Shake beverage until well combined.
- Divide the liquid between two martini glasses filled with ice.
- Serve with a fresh sprig of mint.
Vanilla Mint Irish Milk
- Open the half gallon carton of oat milk. Add the extracts and green food coloring. Replace the lid tightly. Shake the milk carton vigorously to combine the flavorings and green food coloring.
- Pour into glasses or a pitcher to serve. Add the optional sprinkled rim & fun straws for extra fun!
- (Optional) Dip glass in icing, or brush on white icing around the outer rim of the glass. Place sprinkles on a plate and roll the rim of the glass in sprinkles.

Tip:
Freeze cold brew coffee in ice cube trays ahead of time, to keep your Irish Coffee rich and strong! Or, freeze cubes of half and half to add a creamy touch!
Tip:
Make extra half and half + Crème de menthe mix and freeze in ice cube trays. This will keep your mocktail extra creamy!
