- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- Splash Soy Sauce
- 15 Grinds Black Pepper
- 3 Pinches Sea Salt
Recipe Directions
- Combine all ingredients in mason jar with tight-fitting lid.
- Shake to emulsify.
- Store in refrigerator for approximately a week.
