Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Plugra Salted Butter
  • 1/4 cup thyme
  • 1/4 cup rosemary
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Recipe Directions

  1. Chop up all your herbs and place a small amount into the bottom of each ice tray.
  2. Melt your butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour the butter into the tray covering all the herbs.
  3. Freeze the tray. Once fully frozen, separate the cubes storing them in an airtight bag in the freezer.
  4. Add one or a few butter rounds to your dishes to enhance the flavor of your favorite dishes.
