- 6 ounces Tropicana Pure Premium Original (No Pulp) Orange Juice
- 4 (7-ounce) salmon filets
- 4 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1 small knob fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 5 1/2 ounces light soy sauce
- 1 ounce mirin
- 1 ounce rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Cooked rice
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a parchment paper pouch by folding it like a hand fan and sealing both edges with twine. Open it from the middle and place each filet inside.
- Combine orange juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl. Divided mixture among salmon pieces. Top each piece with green onions.
- Gather edges of parchment paper above salmon to cover the parcel and twist the ends to enclose. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve the salmon over rice and enjoy.
