Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Tropicana Pure Premium Original (No Pulp) Orange Juice
  • 4 (7-ounce) salmon filets
  • 4 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1 small knob fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 5 1/2 ounces light soy sauce
  • 1 ounce mirin
  • 1 ounce rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Cooked rice

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a parchment paper pouch by folding it like a hand fan and sealing both edges with twine. Open it from the middle and place each filet inside.
  3. Combine orange juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl. Divided mixture among salmon pieces. Top each piece with green onions.
  4. Gather edges of parchment paper above salmon to cover the parcel and twist the ends to enclose. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the salmon over rice and enjoy.
