Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) tube Pillsbury® Grands!™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuit
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or raw sugar
  • Olive oil, for brushing grill grates
  • Whipped topping, for serving
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place biscuits 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until golden-brown, about 11 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely at room temperature.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high heat and brush grates with oil. Grill biscuits until char marks appear, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Split biscuits in half.
  3. Top bottom biscuits evenly with a dollop of whipped cream, roughly 1/4 cup strawberries and biscuit tops. Top with additional whipped cream and garnish with remaining strawberries and mint. Serve and enjoy.
