Recipe Ingredients
- 2 peaches; ripe and sliced
- 4 Bays English Muffins
- 4 ounces Brie cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil; for grilling
- 2-3 leaves fresh basil
Recipe Directions
- Preheat your grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush one side of each English muffin slice with olive oil.
- Place the English muffins, oiled side down, and toast.
- Once your muffins are done toasting, place your peach slices in the pan and cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Add Brie cheese on top of the English muffins.
- Place the peach slices on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the peaches. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve!
Test Kitchen Tip: Broil English muffins once topped with peaches and cheese for 1-2 minutes before garnishing for extra melty cheese!
