- 6 eggs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ cup diced, cooked crispy bacon
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl, then add the remaining ingredients – stir well to combine.
- Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are set and no longer jiggly.
- Let cool a bit minutes before removing.
