4 cup (5 oz.) | DOLE® Baby Spinach |
3/4 cup | vanilla soy milk |
1/2 cup | DOLE Pineapple Juice, chilled |
1 cup | DOLE Frozen Mango Chunks, partially thawed |
1 | DOLE Banana |
1 tbsp. | whole ground flaxseed meal |
Recipe Directions
Combine spinach, soy milk and pineapple juice in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides, if necessary.
Add mango chunks, banana and flaxseed. Cover; blend until smooth.
