Recipe Ingredients
For Waffle "Fries"
- ½ package Kellogg's® Eggo® Buttermilk Waffles (5 Waffles), cut into 1-in sticks
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup Land O'Lakes® Salted Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh Italian parsley, for garnish
For the Creamy Dip
- 4 ounces Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 2 green onions, dark green parts minced, divided; white and light green parts reserved for another use or discarded
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh Italian parsley
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Place frozen cut waffles on lined sheet pan.
- Stir minced garlic and garlic powder into melted butter.
- Pour butter over waffles and toss until evenly coated. Organize waffles into single layer.
- Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes. Flip halfway through.
- Plate and garnish with parsley.
For the Creamy Dip
- Whisk together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and yogurt until smooth in a bowl.
- Add in herbs, paprika, and salt. Stir together and serve with your “fries.”
