Recipe Ingredients
- 1 package Innovasian Crispy Honey Chicken
- 16 oz. rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1-2 Thai chili peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- a handful of Thai basil
Recipe Directions
- Fill a large pot with water and add in rice noodles, let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauces, fish sauce, honey, and white pepper to a small bowl and mix until combined. Set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- In a large frying pan or wok, cook Crispy Honey Chicken according to box directions. Set aside. Add oil to the same wok on medium heat. Once hot, add in onion, peppers, garlic, and chili peppers. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until onions start to get soft. Add chicken to the pan. When the vegetables are almost done cooking, add the rice noodles to the boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes and add to the pan with the sauce and Thai basil. Cook for 2 minutes or until the Thai basil wilts slightly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
