Recipe Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 3/4 teaspoon sesame oil, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1 roasted seaweed sheet
- 6 Tyson Any'tizers Chicken Fries
- 1 slice Korean pickled radish
- 15 pieces of chives
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
- Prepare a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Arrange the Tyson Any'tizers Chicken Fries on the tray, making sure there’s ample space between each piece.
- Bake the chicken fries for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven then set aside to cool.
- Place cooked rice into a bowl then mix in salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
- Lay a sheet of roasted seaweed rigid side up onto a bamboo rolling mat. Wet your fingers with water then spread the rice on the seaweed 3/4 of the way to the top.
- Add the chicken fries, pickled radish, chives in the center of the rice. Lift the bamboo mat then roll, tuck and squeeze to tighten the rice roll.
- Brush the kimbap with a light coating of sesame oil.
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
