Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (8-pack) bag El Monterey® Shredded Steak, Cheese & Rice Burritos
- 1 (10 oz.) can red enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, or Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 cup store-bought or homemade pico de gallo
- Chopped fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place burritos in prepared baking dish. Spoon enchilada sauce even over burritos.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake until burritos are fully heated through and sauce is bubbling, about 25 minutes.
- Top with pico de gallo and cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
