Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 box Mrs. T’s Four Cheese Medley Mini Pierogies
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 8 ounces Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces Swiss or fontina cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh nutmeg

Recipe Directions

  1. Sauté Mrs. T’s Four Cheese Medley Mini Pierogies until golden brown, following the box instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. In a small, heavy-bottomed pot or fondue pot, simmer wine over low heat. Add the garlic and flour and stir well.
  3. Slowly add in the cheeses a handful at a time, stirring well until completely melted.
  4. Continue the process until all of the cheese is added.
  5. Grate in fresh nutmeg to taste and whisk until combined.
  6. Serve warm with Mrs. T’s Four Cheese Medley Mini Pierogies and any other dippers of your choice.
