- 1 (15-ounce) box rainbow confetti cake mix
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles, divided, plus more for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Combine cake mix, milk and whipped topping in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Stir in 1/4 cup sprinkles until combined. Pour cake mixture evenly between a 10-slot popsicle mold, filling each three-quarters full. Top each mold with a few teaspoons of the remaining sprinkles.
- Insert popsicle sticks and cover with popsicle mold lid. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- Garnish with additional sprinkles and serve.
