Recipe Ingredients
Crust
- 1 bag broccoli florets (steamed, chopped, and drained)
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups shredded Sargento Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Sargento Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley or extra veggies
Toppings
- Marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded Sargento Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 ounce pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons Sargento Parmesan Cheese
Recipe Directions
- Start with a bag of broccoli steamed. Combine in a bowl with the cheese, eggs, and seasonings.
- Mix together then use your hands to form the crust shape.
- Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes.
- Add toppings and broil until cheese is melted.
