Recipe Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups DOLE® Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 2 cups (1.5 oz.) Kale
- 2 cups DOLE Frozen Blackberries
- 1 DOLE Banana peeled and sliced
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
Recipe Directions
Combine pineapple juice, yogurt, and kale in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Add blackberries; blend until smooth. Add banana; blend until smooth. Add ice cubes as needed to get a slushy consistency; serve.
