- 2 cups Seal The Seasons Florida Antioxidant Blend Frozen Berries
- 1/4 cup milk (regular or almond)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 banana
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Toppings
- handful of granola
- handful of shredded coconut
- handful of sliced banana
- drizzle of peanut butter
Recipe Directions
- In a blender combine frozen fruit, milk, banana, honey, and protein powder (optional).
- Blend for 1-2 minutes or until you reach a thick, yet creamy consistency.
- Pour mixture into a bowl
- Top with granola, shredded coconut, sliced banana, and a drizzle of peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- Enjoy!
