  • 2 cups Seal The Seasons Florida Antioxidant Blend Frozen Berries
  • 1/4 cup milk (regular or almond)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 banana
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Toppings

  • handful of granola
  • handful of shredded coconut
  • handful of sliced banana
  • drizzle of peanut butter

Recipe Directions

  1. In a blender combine frozen fruit, milk, banana, honey, and protein powder (optional).
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until you reach a thick, yet creamy consistency.
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl
  4. Top with granola, shredded coconut, sliced banana, and a drizzle of peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  5. Enjoy!
