Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz.) box SeaPak Butterfly Shrimp
- 1 (18 oz.) box Bibigo Korean Style Fried Rice
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Recipe Directions
- Bake, fry, or air-fry the frozen shrimp according to package directions. Pan fry or microwave the rice according to package directions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha and honey and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add the cooked shrimp and toss to coat.
- Fill lettuce leaves with the shrimp and sprinkle with green onions. Serve alongside fried rice.
My family and I really enjoyed this recipe and it was fairly easy to prepare.
