Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) box FarmRich Toasted Ravioli
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 heads romaine lettuce hearts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers, drained
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving
Recipe Directions
- Place marinara pouch from ravioli box in bowl of warm water to thaw.
- Preheat air-fryer to 390°F. Working in batches place ravioli in an even layer in air-fryer basket. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until fully heated through and crisp. Repeat with remaining ravioli.
- Meanwhile, combine thawed marinara sauce and ranch dressing together in large serving bowl. Add lettuce, olives, peppers and onions and toss to coat. Top with ravioli and parmesan. Serve and enjoy.
