Recipe Ingredients
- 12oz Water
- .5 oz Yeast
- 20 oz “Double-O” Flour
- 1 ¾ tsp Salt
- ¾ tsp Sugar
- 1 oz Olive oil
- 1oz Oven roasted Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
Recipe Directions
- 1. Combine all dry ingredients
- 2. Add to wet to dry, mix approximately 8 minutes
- 3. Remove, let proof until doubled in size in greased bowl
- 4. Once proofed, slightly roll out and spread on a greased baking sheet
- 5. Punch holes in dough, brush with olive oil, add herbs or salt
- 6. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 17 to 27 minutes, until just golden. Remove from baking sheet, and cool on rack.
