Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 package (15 count) Athens® Phyllo Shells
  • 2 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese, chopped
  • 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spoon white chocolate chips into each shell, followed by a layer of Brie cheese.
  3. Top each shell with a small spoonful of strawberry preserves.
  4. To make ahead, chilled shells can be wrapped in plastic and frozen. To serve, unwrap and bake per directions.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until shells are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and arrange strawberry slices on top of each bite.
  7. Serve warm.

For different fruity flavor combinations, these can also be made with raspberry preserves or blueberry preserves!
