Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 9-in. deep-dish frozen pie crust, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups (6-oz.) shredded Frigo® Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake unfilled piecrust according to package directions. Cool before filling.

Layer crust with 1/2 cup of Frigo® Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, red pepper, onion and remaining 1 cup Frigo® Mozzarella cheese.
 
In a medium bowl, combine cream, eggs, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly and gently pour over filling.
 
Place quiche on cookie sheet and bake 45 minutes or until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; cut into wedges.
