Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (9-ounce) bag Evergreen™ Banana Bread Mini Waffles
- 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter, for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place waffles in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake according to package directions.
- Place waffles on serving plate. Top with bananas and strawberries.
- Dollop with yogurt and drizzle with peanut butter. Garnish with chocolate chips and serve.
For even more sweetness, try substituting the yogurt with whipped cream or ice cream.
