Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (18-ounce) box InnovAsian Vegetable Fried Rice
  • 1 (18-ounce) box InnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables, such as broccoli, green beans, carrots and peppers
  • 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions

  1. Prepare fried rice according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Place sauce pouch from chicken box in bowl of warm water to thaw.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in vegetables and cook, covered, stirring occasionally until chicken and vegetables are fully heated through, about 6 minutes. Drizzle with sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Divide chicken mixture and rice evenly along the edge of tortillas. Top with green onions. Fold in sides of tortillas and roll up tightly. Cut tortillas in half crosswise and serve.
