Recipe Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 pound fresh shaved sirloin steak, or frozen shaved sirloin steak, thawed
- 4 Oh!Tatoes™ Fully Baked Idaho® Potatoes
- 1 cup store-bought or homemade cheddar cheese sauce, warmed
Recipe Directions
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions and cook until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to plate and set aside.
- In the same clean skillet, heat remaining oil. Add steak and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Return vegetables to skillet and toss to combine.
- Meanwhile, microwave potatoes according to package directions. Split tops of potatoes open with knife.
- Top potatoes with steak and vegetable mixture. Drizzle with cheese sauce and serve.
